&lt;p&gt;I think it&#039;s interesting that the &quot;OK&quot; fish list aligns with the macrobiotic way: white-flesh fish, like tilapia, sole, trout &amp; scallops are most easily digested.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Just stay away from farmed fish &amp; big fish in general.&lt;/p&gt;
